Tested: Visual Impact Muscle Building Course


Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have a little more muscle on your body? Not much, but enough to look like an athlete instead of a skinny cyclist?
If your goal is the Tour de France, is not likely to win. But if you're just riding and racing for fun, you thought to pack on some muscle. I know what I have.

When I started to slow down my career, I realized that there was no need for me to have a very high power to weight ratio and very low body weight. My best race was around £ 152 more, it's not that I climb ever be 120 pounds to a specialist.
Then I found a website                                                        Click To Order visualimpactmusclebuilding.com  written by Rusty Moore, and he was going to adapt, toned body (or "Hollywood look" like Rusty would say), rather than make the size as fine as other sites muscle.
What reached my interest was torn, the actual weight of certain people. The most important probably is Brad Pitt Infight club - it was totally a rumor 165 pounds ripped.
It has taken me to think - if you train properly, you can keep your weight low (155 - £ 170) look great and perform even on a bicycle.
With this in mind, I bought a copy of the training program Rusty, Visual Impact.
(I had just read his blog for a couple of years ago and bought me a book by him, so I did not hesitate about it.)
The motto is: "Strategic Muscle Building for a visually stunning body."
See, this is not just a plan for building muscle and generalized fat loss. You can find this board anywhere. What distinguishes Visual Impact outside the "strategic" part. Everything is carefully planned so that you get the less muscle as possible while achieving astonishing physical.
Basically you build size in certain areas of the body while reducing the size in another, and that makes you look great, but you're really great!
In my eyes, this is the ideal program for cyclists and endurance athletes who look you want without a lot of good weight.
You might want a plan against-season weight lifting for November to April - it would be a good compromise between aesthetics and performance.
So let's look at the book itself ...

The Visual Impact Muscle Building Course

Visual Impact is divided into three parts.
Firstly, the largest e-book. This is the whole philosophy of training explained. If you're not familiar with methods outside the world of cycling training, or if you have tried training plans bodybuilding magazines with bad results, you'll love this approach to education.
Following 15 chapters in the book by a Q & A section, so there is a lot of information there, but it is easy to read and understand. There are some examples of images used, which is a great help. As a coach, I can usually pick others who would make a good coach or teacher, and Rusty Moore definitely fits the description.
The next part of the exercise demonstration.
It is a 227-page file PDF with demonstrations and explanations photo each year in the program. It would be great if this is an instructional DVD, but photos should suffice for most people.
Finally, the visual impact of graphics printable workout.
These are all PDF files for each phase of the program. You can easily print and take to the gym with you. Guide you in your training and give you the space to complement the results. (You will keep a training log, is not it?)

Complaints on Visual Impact

I have only one complaint about this program, and that has to do with the exercises.
A good number of these exercises have a specific machine in the gym, or a variety of barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, etc. at home. This is not a big problem for me because I have a lot of equipment at home, and I have a lot of substitutions in the last year, but if you do not already have a home gym, you have to either invest in any equipment or where local gym.
The real problem, it's not a "fiscal substitution" shows you is based house / garage variations for exercises on the machine. Nate Green Paper has a great section on exercises and "variation garage" for users of home gym, so I wish Rusty would do something in this direction.
of course, if you do not mind to join the local gym or YMCA, there is no problem here. I am just picky about where I train!

My Visual Impact Workouts

To be completely honest, I find it hard to stick to strength training programs of any kind I love sports, so when I have the chance to ride, run, ski, swim or skate, 95 % of the time, I take note of the must'll to lift weights.
But I have a few months last year to test Visual Impact Training for me to write about them spent.
The first phase of the program was a shock to me. Since my training has been around as long as I can remember all the sports oriented, I always stuff bodybuilding is really what it is spared -. Completely destroy a muscle group, the fatigue, etc. It is so different from weight training
But it was fun! Training is probably 45 minutes, and you are constantly in motion. The rest falls just give you enough time to change the weight!
Each week ends with something other than a workout, so it is not boring like the same thing every day.
Once you're in phase two and three, get the training are more like strength training, so they look more like sport-specific training. That's why I recommend you start this program in the off-season - you can get higher education away before the racing season is in full swing.
Is it not as great as the racing season is beach season? If you want peak performance in the race or a toned body for the beach, you can structure your training similar.

My final verdict is…

The book is full of good information and prepared very well. Beginners and advanced keys should get a lot out of it. Even some "advanced" guys could learn a thing or two here.
For endurance athletes who want to put a little muscle for a better physique, I want this program. I do not know if Rusty has a hunch that the philosophy as Visual Impact resonates with cyclists, but it is.
Let's just say that I quite like this program is any program that I have that I'm trying to practice myself!
